Your Questions, Answered

All we need from you are your medical scan files, and a description of what you’d like us to model — we’ll handle the rest. We offer revisions and get your approval before manufacturing anything, and we do it all in-house to ensure you get exactly what you’re hoping for.

We are able to work with standard medical imaging file formats including DICOM, NIfTI, and others. Unfortunately, we are unable to work with raw images (jpeg, pdf, etc.) or anything else that is not in a medical imaging format.

Often, patients will be given a copy of their scans from their imaging clinic via a CD or email link after receiving an MRI or CT. If yours is lost or misplaced, you may be able to request another copy of your medical scan from your imaging clinic if yours was taken in the last several years.

Our typical turnaround time takes about 6-8 weeks depending on scan quality, and the complexity of your individual project.

Our models are as accurate as possible, but the final results depend on the quality of your unique scan. We process everything within a medical imaging framework to ensure precision and accuracy, as well as perform manual clean-up to reduce scan artifacts and restore absent details based on what’s visible. The higher your scan’s slice-count, the more detailed your model will turn out.
-
We can still accommodate lower-resolution scans, but its important to understand that we are limited to what we can see and readily work from. We unfortunately cannot restore details that were never captured in the first place, so blurry scans or those with fewer slices are possible, but will not result in an ideal model.
